As Senior People Partner, you will advise leaders across Vancouver and part of the United States business. You will strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance, and employee relations. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, supported by data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate business priorities into people strategies
Analyze people data and recommend organizational improvements
Coach leaders on team effectiveness and talent decisions
Lead talent reviews and succession planning
Advise on employee relations and investigations

Requirements:
Seven-plus years of progressive HR or People Partner experience
Experience coaching leaders and managing employee relations
Experience with organizational design and workforce planning
Data-driven approach to diagnosing challenges
Robust business acumen and communication skills
