You will support Westland's in-house insurance products through actuarial analysis, portfolio insights, and business recommendations. Collaboration spans underwriting, operations, actuarial, data, and engineering teams. The position also supports pricing process improvements and predictive modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze portfolio data supporting pricing decisions
Partner across teams to implement pricing changes
Monitor rate adequacy across Personal and Commercial Lines
Identify automation prospects for recurring reporting
Communicate complex findings to stakeholders

Requirements:
Degree in Actuarial Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
Pursuit of an actuarial designation through CAS or SOA
Two or more years in analytical or data-focused work
SQL, Python, and/or R analysis and modelling experience
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
