Support inside sales and customer orders with Microsoft Excel, Word, and exact recordkeeping in Peace Country Petroleum’s Grande Prairie team. This full-time position is 40 hours weekly.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Peace Country Petroleum deliver service for Esso Fuels and Mobil Lubricants. The position supports customers, office staff, sales, and operations through organized administration. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing documentation, and improving customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide inside sales support and assist with customer orders
Respond to inquiries by phone and email
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Reconcile inventory information, reports, and vouchers




Identify process, efficiency, and service improvement prospects

Requirements:
Robust computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Energetic attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo
Ability to work effectively within a strong team
