You will apply data analysis, causal inference, statistical methods, and data storytelling to understand customers and guide product decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Define user segments and engagement levers for agentic products
Lead data strategy for specific Asana AI features
Identify roadmap prospects through analysis and storytelling
Design experiments and own key performance metrics




Share data science best practices across teams

Requirements:
Four to six years of data science experience
Growth experience, primarily within B2B SaaS companies
Experience with AI/ML products, LLM APIs, or integrations
Fluency in experimentation, A/B testing, and pipeline management
Expertise in SQL, relational modeling, and R, Python, or Scala
