Organization & Position Summary Watson Goepel LLP is a growing, multi-service law firm based in downtown Vancouver, with additional offices in West Vancouver and Alberta. We are seeking a junior solicitor (1 to 4 years of call) to join our Business Law and Real Estate Group . This is a permanent, in-person position. The successful candidate will have experience in corporate, commercial, and/or commercial real estate matters and will be eager to take on increasing file responsibility under the mentorship of our senior lawyers.
1 to 3 years of post-call experience in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law.
Experience drafting commercial agreements, corporate records and resolutions, and real estate transaction documents.
Robust legal research and analytical skills.
Membership in positive standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
