Lead LEGO Brand Retail customer experiences through team training, visual merchandising, and sales support in a temporary part time role.

As a temporary part time Team Leader, you will represent the LEGO Group while engaging Sales Associates and maintaining high service standards. The position focuses on customer service, product knowledge, profitable sales, visual merchandising, and sharing LEGO Brand values.

It is expected to continue until the end of January, subject to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Review sales and margin information to maximize profitable sales
Maintain effective space management and Store graphics systems
Replenish fixtures and support merchandise maintenance
Train Sales Associates on LEGO visual merchandising guidelines
Motivate teams through LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values

Requirements:
Leadership or management experience in retail stores
Experience delivering employee training
Cash handling and inventory or sales auditing experience
Knowledge of automated point of sale systems
Availability for up to 30 hours weekly
