Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this experienced HRBP supports strategic HR initiatives and operational service excellence at Bethany Care Society. The position advises leadership across recruitment, total rewards, employee relations, HRIS reporting, and labour relations. It also mentors HR Coordinators, supports compliance, and contributes to workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Develop workforce strategies addressing staffing gaps
Support attendance and workplace accommodation processes




Manage workplace investigations and grievance tracking
Prepare workforce, seniority, and union reports

Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in human resources or related area
Three to five years of HR advisor experience
Labour relations experience preferred
Advanced Excel and HRIS platform skills
Valid driver license for travel between Bethany sites
