Coordinate Shafts & Headframes packages through engineering, procurement, construction, safety, permitting, and setting interfaces. Work within NexGen’s Integrated Project Team.This Package Coordinator supports the complete project package lifecycle from scope development through handover to the Construction Team. You will develop strategies, coordinate stakeholders, manage deliverables, and report to the Package Area Lead for Shafts & Headframes. The work includes proposal evaluation, award recommendations, contract negotiation, and post-award management.Key Responsibilities:




Support development of Shafts & Headframes package strategiesCoordinate packages across key project stakeholdersIntegrate engineering provider schedules into project schedulesIdentify risks, prospects, and schedule mitigationsComplete package deliverables and procurement process stepsRequirements:
Accountability for assigned project packagesAbility to support additional packages as requiredAbility to adjust strategy and schedule when requiredAbility to work effectively within NexGen’s Integrated Project TeamApply package coordination, stakeholder integration, and schedule management across NexGen’s Shafts & Headframes project lifecycle.
