Strategic maintenance leadership at Atlantic Packaging requires equipment reliability expertise and capital project management within Hannon Corrugated Operations.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager leads maintenance resources, personnel, and capital projects. The position partners with Operations leadership to improve plant safety, product quality, machinery reliability, availability, and performance. It also supports preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, and annual KPI achievement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Maintenance Department and supervise a skilled teamEnsure workers and contractors follow OHS standards and safety proceduresManage capital projects, suppliers, budgets,



and equipment integrationPlan resources supporting manufacturing operations and equipment uptimeCoach workers and conduct performance reviews with direct reportsRequirements:
