The work covers design, schedules, contracts, municipal approvals, budgets, reporting, and project turnover. Collaboration includes Investment Management, Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations teams, plus external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Support due diligence activities for land acquisitionManage municipal approvals and planning applicationsContract and project manage design consultantsDevelop schedules, budgets, changes,



and turnover processesCoordinate reports and liaise with stakeholdersRequirements:
Three or more years of related development experiencePost-secondary diploma or degree in Planning or EngineeringWorking knowledge of Canadian planning frameworksExperience with Microsoft Office;
Yardi experience is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsManage real estate development projects through approvals, financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination at Colonnade BridgePort.
