Merch Express Corp formerly known as Budget Promotion is a Calgary-based custom apparel and promotional products company. We print t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more for businesses, events, and individuals, using screen printing, full-color printing, and embroidery. We're a small, quick-paced team that takes pride in turning customers' ideas into quality products they're proud to wear.

The Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly, reliable voice of Budget Promotion. You'll help customers by phone, email, and in person — answering questions, processing orders, and making sure every job gets delivered right and on time.

What you'll do:
Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and timelines
Process orders and keep customer records up to date
Help customers choose products and customization options (printing, embroidery, etc.)
Coordinate with our production and design teams to keep orders on track




Follow up with customers to make sure they're happy with the final product
Handle and resolve any issues that come up along the way

What You Bring
Strong customer service skills and a solutions-first attitude
Clear, professional communication — on the phone, in writing, and in person
Comfort working in office in a busy, production-focused setting
Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry or CRM systems
Great organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple requests
A plus: experience in retail, printing, apparel, or another customer-facing role
