Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
Oversee compliant dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical care
Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding patient care
Manage scheduling, communication, policies, and procedures
Manage P&L; statements and operational targets

Requirements:
Licensed and in valuable standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Injection certification is required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Cooperative mindset in team environments
