Set technical direction at ChargeLab in Etobicoke, focusing on distributed systems, architecture, and software delivery through a hybrid work model.As a Staff Engineer on the Engineering Scale track, you will shape patterns, frameworks, and specialist depth across ChargeLab. You will influence architecture without direct authority, partnering with Product and customer-facing teams on technically sound plans. The work supports ChargeLab’s EV charging software platform, open APIs, and charging station management system.Key Responsibilities:Own specialist-domain architecture, patterns,
