Lead waterfront ship maintenance in Halifax with Thales, supporting safe execution, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery in a hybrid full time role.The Ship Maintenance Team Lead supports the Ship Maintenance Team Manager during designated maintenance periods. You will coordinate waterfront activities aboard ships, on the jetty, and at Thales trailers. The position provides operational leadership, stakeholder contact, and technical assistance to Ship’s Staff and Royal Canadian Navy personnel.Key Responsibilities:
