You will manage training records, supervise Rail Technical Trainers and Track/Machinery Trainers, and ensure programs meet regulatory and departmental standards.The role requires a 4-year degree in Instructional Design, 3–5 years rail training experience, CROR D, and robust leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
