You will coordinate program, research, finance, and information technology contributors while reporting measurable results.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update business development and revenue diversification strategiesIdentify and pursue grants, contracts, sponsorships, and partnershipsLead proposals, funding applications, submissions, and business casesMaintain funding pipelines, calendars,



milestones, and follow-up processesReport funding, revenue, pipeline, and renewal performance to leadershipRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, communications, marketing, or related fieldAt least 10 years’ progressive related experienceAt least 8 years in senior management or director-level rolesSuccess securing funding, contracts, sponsorships, or partnership revenueProficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant data toolsShape OSCIA’s sustainable growth through funding acquisition, persuasive proposals, strategic partnerships, and measurable revenue diversification across Ontario agriculture.
