The work includes pricing scopes, calculating costs, and preparing practical, compliant bids.Key Responsibilities:
Review inbound leads against company objectivesAnalyze drawings, specifications, and hazardous materials reportsComplete quantity take-offs and develop competitive bidsCalculate labour, material, equipment,

Five or more years of construction estimating experienceKnowledge of asbestos, lead, and mould abatement scopesUnderstanding of WorkSafeBC requirementsStrong Excel skills and drawing-reading abilityKnowledge of contracts and change order processesBring construction estimating, hazardous materials knowledge, and Excel expertise to accurate bids supporting demolition projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
