Lead data center construction projects for MGAC in Edmonton, using project management expertise and approximately four to five onsite days weekly.As a mid to senior Project Manager, you will manage critical environment construction projects for MGAC’s Critical Settings team. The work requires construction project management, building design and construction knowledge, MEP experience, and strong communication. You will act as an owner’s representative while guiding informed client decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage full project scopes and components of othersLead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budgetManage project risks, contingencies,



and recovery planningMaintain the client’s vision as a trusted partnerResolve conflicts with project stakeholders and teamsRequirements:
Five or more years managing construction projectsTwo or more years managing critical workplace constructionBachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent construction-related experienceMEP experience in ground-up constructionStrong analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skillsBring critical setting construction, MEP, and project leadership expertise to MGAC’s Edmonton-based client projects and teams.
