Reporting to the Manager, Events & Client Experience, you will partner with lawyers, firm leaders, internal teams, venues, suppliers, and external partners. Your work spans seminars, conferences, dinners, receptions, retreats, hospitality programs, and virtual or hybrid events. Solid execution supports client relationships, business development, and brand advancement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning for complex client and internal eventsBuild relationships with Vancouver venues and hospitality suppliersCoordinate vendors, A/V, invitations,



registration, and transportationDevelop budgets, track expenses, and process invoicesComplete attendance, feedback, and budget reconciliation reportingRequirements:
Six-plus years of progressive corporate event planning experienceExcellent judgment, attention to detail, and adaptabilityAbility to manage priorities and deadlines independentlyRelevant degree, education, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with registration, CRM, and virtual-event platformsUse event strategy, hospitality expertise, and accurate execution to strengthen client experiences across Cassels’ Vancouver programs.
