You will guide complex building or infrastructure projects, develop teams, manage stakeholder environments, and strengthen client confidence. Projects span transit, healthcare, post-secondary, water, institutional, and civic sectors.Key Responsibilities:
Direct pursuit, pre-construction, execution, commissioning, and closeout phasesDevelop and mentor multidisciplinary project teams and operational leadersOversee budgets, forecasts, contracts, risks, and commercial strategyBuild partnerships with owners, consultants, agencies,



and stakeholdersSupport pursuits, proposals, interviews, planning, and business strategyRequirements:
15 or more years of progressive construction experienceLarge-scale building or infrastructure project leadership experienceComplex stakeholder management success and contractual expertiseExperience with Construction Management or comparable delivery modelsWillingness to travel regularly and maintain Ontario site presenceBring project leadership, commercial judgment, and team development expertise to Graham’s major Ontario construction programs.
