Lead dispatch operations at Roofmart by coordinating delivery teams and improving fleet efficiency for construction-material customers across Canada.

As Dispatch Supervisor, you will manage dispatchers, delivery routing, and communication among drivers, customers, and personnel. The work focuses on timely product deliveries and effective use of company resources. Roofmart distributes roofing, siding, metal, and building envelope supplies through more than 50 locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage dispatch teams to deliver products on time
- Maximize fleet efficiencies across delivery operations
- Optimize GPS software and automated delivery scheduling
- Communicate delivery details with drivers and customers




- Coach dispatchers on productive resource use

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years of dispatch leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and Canadian work authorization
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel; specialized delivery fleet experience preferred
