As Senior Email and Communications Manager, you will manage messaging across the customer journey from onboarding through winback. You will work with Analytics, Product, and Engineering while independently improving lifecycle programs. Iterable, Send Grid, deliverability, and analytics are central to the work.

Requirements:
Three to five plus years managing email communications
Experience with large-scale United States consumer audiences
Knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and warm-up practices
Hands-on experience with Iterable, Send Grid, Braze, or similar
Fluency in segmentation, personalization, automation, and journey logic
