Drive the future of data and AI at ATB Financial as the Managing Director of Data & AI Governance. Lead operational frameworks to ensure data compliance and risk management.

As a vital addition to our First Line of Defense Risk & Compliance function, you will operationalize ATB's Data and AI risk frameworks. This executive role requires a solid strategic leader with a decade or more of experience in data governance and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate closely with technical custodians and various teams to embed effective governance into everyday practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Operationalize enterprise Data Governance and AI Governance Frameworks
Manage Data & AI risks within compliance guidelines
Enforce adherence to OSFI Guidelines and DAMA-DMBOK




Oversee data quality monitoring and retention policies
Partner with Cyber Security to maintain runtime controls

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field
10+ years' leadership in data governance or AI
Deep understanding of financial regulatory guidelines
Proficient with DAMA-DMBOK and metadata platforms
Excellent communication of complex governance concepts

Lead ATB's Data and AI governance initiatives and foster ethical data usage while ensuring compliance across the organization.
