Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including knife skills and food handling techniques
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality control
Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly





Requirements(All preferred but not required)
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen setting
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food service operations is desirable
Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience is advantageous but not required
A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional customer service
