Manage planning, process, and review of complex financial transactions and accounting issuesProactively implement new accounting standardsAct as an internal technical advisor,



providing guidance to business units and finance teamsIdentify accounting issues and recommend process improvementsCoordinate audits with external auditors for various entitiesBuild strong relationships across business units and finance peersLead change initiatives and support process automation for reportingProvide leadership to the team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reportsPrioritize effectively to meet internal and external deadlinesAbout You
CPA designation required7+ years of progressive technical accounting experience involving IFRS/ASPEExperience in public practice and/or real estate is an assetPrevious experience leading a team of finance professionalsStrong ability to analyze complex issues and recommend solutionsProficiency in IFRS and ASPE with demonstrated technical applicationSalary Range
$120,000 - $140,000/yearThe individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision advantages as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
