This customer-facing position manages service calls, inspections, repairs, and installations while supporting a customer-centric experience. You will maintain technician schedules, communicate service details, and coordinate subcontractors and equipment rentals.

The work also includes accurate work orders, service billing, response windows, and post-service reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule daily service calls, inspections, repairs, and installations

Relay schedules and service details to technicians




Coordinate customer communication and post-service reporting
Escalate complaints, discrepancies, and service issues appropriately

Requirements:
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
