The work includes standards, menu innovation, training programs, recruitment strategies, and operational best practices. Collaboration spans Site Chefs, operations leaders, clients, Regional Operations Directors, and the National Culinary Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Develop regional culinary strategy, standards, recipes, and menusCoach Site Chefs and culinary teams across multiple regionsSupport recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent developmentConduct audits and improve food quality,



execution, and safetyDrive waste reduction, inventory, purchasing, and seasonal menu initiativesRequirements:
Red Seal Certified Chef designation requiredFood Safety Certification required;
HACCP certification considered an assetTen years progressive culinary leadership experience requiredFive years leading multi-site operations or large culinary teamsExtensive Western Canada travel and valid driver's license requiredApply culinary leadership, operational analysis, and hands-on coaching to strengthen Dexterra dining standards throughout Western Canada.
