Heritage Christian Online School seeks an independent contractor for versatile school-hour support in a family home. You will encourage Home Learners within the Inclusive Education Department. The work may grow from 8–15 weekly hours as student needs and EA skills develop.

Key Responsibilities:
Support students’ social, spiritual, and academic learning needs
Differentiate learning according to abilities and learning styles
Collaborate with parents and the Case Manager
Assist with IEP goals alongside the student support team
Provide mentorship and encouragement to Home Learners





Requirements:
Education, EA support, behaviour intervention, or youth experience
Certified Educational Assistant certificate or training in process
Grade-level subject knowledge or willingness to learn
Experience differentiating learning across proficiency levels
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom proficiency
