Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part time Receptionist to join our team at our Concord office. The successful candidate will be providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and/or take message
Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
Daily mail pickup and distribution
Perform filing electronically, scanning and photocopying
Assist with client general communications
Prepare technician's daily work package




Update corporate trackers monthly and maintain it accurately
Assist with ordering office supplies/groceries
Support management and staff with general administrative duties
Support office events and staff lunches by coordinating food orders and pickups
Maintain an organized and clean office environment
Other tasks maybe be assigned as needed

Qualifications
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Professional and courteous demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

What we Offer:
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 24 hours/week
Schedule: Weekdays
