Deliver business intelligence metrics from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralPrepare monthly and year to date financial reportsCompare budgeted results with actual performance and explain variancesLead the Hatfield Finance Committee and finance teamEvaluate financial viability and risks for potential acquisitionsRequirements:
CPA designation with a relevant bachelor’s degree10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experienceFive years leading teams in a senior leadership roleExperience optimizing ERP reporting, controls, and processesStrong Power BI dashboard interpretation and presentation skillsApply your ERP, dashboard, reporting, and leadership capabilities to Hatfield’s evolving financial operations and strategic decision-making.
