Work Monday to Friday in an office workplace.The Vice President partners with Leadership and Construction & Engineering teams on the financial lifecycle of construction projects. This senior role oversees CapEx tracking, cash flow forecasting, change management, and project controls. It presents financial trends and variances to executive stakeholders while managing two direct reports.Key Responsibilities:

Track construction CapEx against project budgets and timelinesIdentify cost differences, overruns, delays,



and corrective initiativesMonitor and authorize change orders and contract amendmentsDevelop baseline cost and CapEx forecasting modelsApprove payment, deposit, and vendor forecastsRequirements:

15 years in project control or financial planningExperience with data centers, infrastructure, or heavy constructionConstruction project control experience valued at $100M or moreBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationAdvanced Excel and ERP systems experienceBring strategic construction control, analytical modeling, and executive communication skills to eStruxture’s expanding infrastructure investments across Canada.
