Overview

The Superviseur des opérations coordinates daily warehouse and distribution activities, supporting accurate, timely order fulfillment and smooth collaboration across teams. This role contributes to reliable service for customers and colleagues through organized workflows and clear communication.

Responsibilities
Coordinate order picking, packaging, warehouse distribution, and supply chain activities, including work involving 3PL partners.
Supervise team workflows, organize priorities, and monitor time-sensitive tasks to support consistent operations.
Use computer systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, ERP platforms, or warehouse management systems to track activity and analyze data.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement across purchasing, manufacturing, and e-commerce workflows.





Experience

Required: Practical computer skills, communication, organization, time management, and team leadership support effective supervision and accurate operational coordination. Preferred: Supervising experience and familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain, SAP or other ERP systems, and Microsoft Office are valuable; English and French, forklift experience, and customer service skills are additional strengths.

Pay: $16.60-$45.56 per hour
