Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support Position Evaluation Consultants across portfolio domains
Develop versatile evaluation solutions while upholding framework standards
Implement and roll out the current enterprise-wide evaluation methodology
Guide formal classification appeals, disputes,



and umpire hearings
Resolve sensitive jurisdictional and bargaining unit issues strategically

Requirements:
Education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
Minimum seven years of human resources experience
Direct job evaluation or classification experience
Team leadership or supervisory capabilities
Expertise in large, multi-union classification frameworks
