Administer subcontracts, supplier agreements, and consultant agreementsInterpret contract documents, specifications, drawings, schedules, and regulationsManage changes, variations, pricing, approvals, and schedule impactsSupport claims, disputes, negotiations,



and time extensionsMaintain contract records, registers, dates, milestones, and noticesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related construction, legal, engineering, or business fieldFive-plus years managing contracts on major infrastructure or rail projectsStrong knowledge of construction contractsUnderstanding of rail delivery methods, including Design-Build and PPPExperience with change orders, claims, and dispute resolutionBring rail contract administration, claims management, and commercial risk expertise to ACCIONA’s infrastructure project delivery team.
