You will protect customer satisfaction, support long-term retention, and manage relationship details. The work connects Sales, Graphics, Estimating, Production, and Management through exact communication and organized follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and audit customer orders and quote requests
Coordinate technical requirements between Sales and production teams
Support project tracking, reporting, and urgent client requests




Resolve inquiries and maintain existing account relationships
Identify production hurdles and recommend effective solutions
