Shape artistic programming at Kay Meek Centre in West Vancouver through visionary leadership, theatre direction, and community engagement. This part time contract has variable hours.The Artistic Director co-reports with the Executive Director to the Board of Directors. You will conceive and implement artistic vision, guide programming, and direct qualified theatre productions. The role includes supervising artistic and technical staff, contractors, and production teams while advancing artistic excellence and creativity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver programs engaging broad audiencesLead produced work, presenting, commissions, and collaborationsDirect Kay Meek Centre productions and hire production teamsNegotiate rights, agreements,
