You will form and defend credit views while leading analysis through private credit transaction lifecycles. Responsibilities include investment memorandums, portfolio oversight, capital calls, distributions, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Develop rigorous views on investment health and portfolio riskEvaluate performance metrics against original investment thesesWrite screening, deal alert, and investment memorandumsDeliver investment recommendations to the Investment CommitteeMentor junior staff and manage project prioritiesRequirements:
Seven to ten years in private debt or related fieldsAbility to form and defend independent credit opinionsSound judgment working independently and within teamsProject and people management experienceExperience covering infrastructure investmentsBring independent credit judgment, transaction leadership, and portfolio oversight skills to BCI’s infrastructure debt investment team.
