This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Center Colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets.Ensure all operational tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.Monitor labour planning, workload distribution, and shift performance to maintain operational efficiency.Investigate and resolve operational challenges, including order variances, inventory discrepancies, and workflow interruptions.Support onboarding and training for new colleagues.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting safety checks and ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve processes, optimize space,
