This is a full time, in office position.As Store Director, you oversee client service, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources. Reporting to the District Manager, you lead Managers and Leads while maintaining Sephora concepts, culture, objectives, and policies. Minimum five years of senior management experienceBeauty, retail, or customer service industry experienceExperience coaching high-performing teamsStrong communication, problem-solving, and time managementAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holidaysBring business acumen, coaching expertise, and sales leadership to Sephora’s Halifax store while supporting teams and client experiences.
