As a Paid Search & Social Specialist, you will build, launch, manage, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across multiple brands and accounts. The role requires platform expertise, data-driven optimization, accurate budget management, and practical Canadian pharmaceutical advertising knowledge. You will work with Media, Client Services, and Creative teams. Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Manage targeting, placements, creative implementation, bidding, and budgets Execute compliant branded and unbranded pharmaceutical campaigns Monitor pacing, tracking, delivery, performance,



and conversion issues Support reporting, recaps, and actionable optimization recommendations Requirements:

Degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, media, or related field Three to five years of paid search and social experience Two years executing Canadian pharmaceutical or healthcare campaigns Proficiency with Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, and attribution Bring campaign execution, pharmaceutical compliance, platform expertise, and analytical optimization skills to Operatic Agency’s Hamilton team.
