The successful candidate will have demonstrated interest in commercial, securities and family litigation, and a desire to develop their practice in these areas.The litigation group acts and advises in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including:Partnership and shareholder disputesSecurities litigation and enforcement proceedingsRegulatory mattersEstate and family disputesReal estate and construction disputesOur lawyers routinely appear before all levels of court, arbitration tribunals and regulatory bodies in British Columbia and other jurisdictions.
