You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, strategists, and project managers to develop design solutions that are both visually solid and strategically grounded.This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in an environment where design is guided by strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do Design brand identities, campaigns, publications, reports, and digital materialsTranslate strategic direction into clear and compelling visual designDevelop layout systems, visual concepts, and design refinements across projectsContribute to creative brainstorming and concept developmentPrepare production-ready files for print and digital deliveryWork collaboratively with copywriters, strategists,



and external partnersSupport the development of brand systems and design guidelinesManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentTake direction from Creative Directors and apply feedback accuratelyWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house settingStrong portfolio demonstrating brand, editorial, and campaign work (non-negotiable)Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skillsStrong attention to detail and production knowledgeAbility to think conceptually and solve design problemsExperience working with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) and FigmaAbility to work collaboratively and take direction while contributing ideasComfort working on multiple projects with shifting prioritiesPERKS We offer a competitive salary, health and dental benefits, paid time off, and a professional development fund to support your growth.
