University degree in Civil Engineering . leading preliminary and detailed design and project delivery for Ontario municipalities (e.g., of proven people leadership, including mentoring, performance management, and building strong technical teams. manage financial performance (revenue, profitability, invoicing, accounts receivable, and key metrics). project management tools , ensuring disciplined delivery and transparent reporting. business development , including proposal leadership, client engagement, and pipeline growth. Ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
