The Fraud Analyst, Cards, evaluates activity indicating potential financial crime exposure. You will investigate, document, manage, and escalate threats under EQ Bank’s fraud program and standards. The work supports compliance, trend analysis, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inbound fraud queues and service clients
- Analyze detection information to determine required actions
- Collect evidence for reports, prevention, and investigations
- Document findings throughout investigations and maintain case files
- Notify stakeholders about incidents, information, and instructions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education
- Two-plus years in financial industry fraud or risk management
- Two-plus years of financial industry customer service experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of fraud monitoring tools, online payments, and vulnerabilities
