We work together to care for the whole person from hospital to home.We are looking for an Registered Technologist - Ultrasoundto work with our Diagnostic Imaging Department to help us continue in our mission to serve our community with Kindness, Accountability, Respect, and TeamworkPosition Responsibilities:Reporting to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager, the Registered Technologist Ultrasound will organize and perform the ultrasound examinations assigned; maintain and document high quality images during the course of duties; actively participate inthe implementation of strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness of the ultrasound service.Qualifications:Registered with CMRITO and Sonography Canada (CRGS) required.Credentials in a variety of MSK studies preferredCredentials in a variety of Vascular (RVT) studies preferredCredentials in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), Abdomen (ABD) requiredRecent experience in Diagnostic Imaging Department requiredMust be willing to maintain registry status by obtaining the required continuing education credits every three years requiredVenous and arterial Doppler experience including extremities,
