Through strong collaboration and customer engagement, this role helps drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term market leadership.Principal AccountabilitiesDrive financial performance, develop understanding and insights into subclass profit and loss statement, ensure effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.Contribute to product line strategy; plan and execute product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs,



and competitive dynamics within the territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.Work with Operations team to provide accurate sales forecasts, optimize manufacturing plan, supply chain, and capacity utilization.Develop business cases for product line expansion, R&D projects, and capital expenditures as needed.Develop and implement sales tools, training, and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the subclass.Collaborate with Senior Product and Market Managers to create and implement best practices across product groups and subclasses.Along with Sales and Finance teams develop annual subclass budget by
