Lead enterprise application development and support for Farm Mutual Re in a hybrid Cambridge-based environment with Toronto office access. As Manager, Applications and Software Development, you will guide application teams and oversee enterprise applications, integrations, Agile delivery, and cloud technologies. You will align priorities and resources with business needs and strategic objectives. The position reports to the AVP, Development and Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee application enhancements, upgrades, changes, and releases within Agile frameworks Lead enterprise application integrations, interfaces, and next-generation capabilities Establish application support processes aligned with IT service management practices Oversee application lifecycle activities from solution selection through retirement Monitor vendors,



application health, risks, metrics, and delivery progress Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field Minimum seven years leading enterprise application support and software development One to two years of people leadership experience Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, systems integration, and enterprise architecture Experience with Agile initiatives, roadmaps, budgets, and vendor relationships Bring application leadership, integration expertise, Agile delivery, and cloud knowledge to Farm Mutual Re's enterprise technology setting.
