but are not limited to the following:Work as the primary OYR liaison for each event site.Work with the Festival Producer and Festival Production Manager tocoordinate technical needs for each siteWork with Box Office and Festival Producer to coordinate front-of-houseand volunteer needsSupervise on-site volunteers and technical personnelLiaise with site-specific festival artists, and attend to all show-relatedneedsProduce well-organized records for archival purposesCommunicate progress, completion and concerns arising from all tasksthat are event-relatedTake part in an evaluation process after the conclusion of the festivalOther duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizationalskills, and will flourish in a team setting. Experience in stagemanagement or production management is an asset, as is a knowledge oftechnical theatre basics.Contract Fee: $6,000Term: Part-Time (2-3 days per week) — December 11 – December 31, 2017Full-Time (plus) — January 1 – January 27, 2018Application deadline: August 7, 2017#J-18808-Ljbffr
