Forge Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and day-to-day site operations.Position Overview The Site Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring robust construction knowledge, communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple site activities effectively.Key Responsibilities Supervise subcontractors, trades, labourers, and daily site activitiesCoordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and site resourcesReview drawings, specifications, and project scopeMonitor project progress, quality, productivity, and timelinesEnsure work is completed according to specifications and applicable codesConduct daily health and safety talks and maintain site safety standardsIdentify and report site conflicts, delays, incidents, and changesPrepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentationCoordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholdersEnsure tools, equipment,



and materials are properly managed and securedHelp maintain project schedules and minimize unnecessary costs or delaysQualifications 3–5+ years of construction experiencePrevious experience as a Site Superintendent, Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor, or similar roleStrong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specificationsExperience supervising trades and subcontractorsKnowledge of construction safety requirements and building codesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a hands-on construction environmentForge Consulting is a growth-oriented organization determined to enable our people to realize their potential.
