$145,000–$195,000 per year Loblaw Digital builds and operates the online businesses of Loblaw, creating e-commerce experiences across grocery, beauty, pharmacy, loyalty, and apparel. The Director, Strategy & Operations reports to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations, and partners with business and functional leaders to develop strategic plans and measure outcomes. What you’ll do

Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement. Conduct research and quantitative analyses to assess opportunities, risks, and strategic choices.



Prepare executive narratives and materials for leadership and enterprise forums. Improve organizational processes, governance, operating rhythms, and cross-functional ways of working. Build alignment between Loblaw Digital leaders and enterprise partners, resolve dependencies, and help teams reach decisions. What you’ll bring

Seven or more years of relevant experience with progressively greater responsibility. Experience taking ambiguous questions through analysis, recommendations, implementation, and measurable outcomes.
